The price ranges from roughly 10 to 50 € per bathrobe and depends on the material (terry, velour, microfibre), technique (embroidery, print) and quantity. For larger runs the unit price drops significantly. We prepare an exact price quote within 1 hour. (The price range is an indicative estimate - exact quote based on your specific requirements.)
We have no minimum order quantity - we fulfil smaller quantities too. For larger runs the unit price is significantly lower.
Terry weight is measured in grams per square metre. For hotel rooms and luxury resorts the usual choice is heavier terry at 450-500 g/m2, which feels substantial and warm. For wellness centres, saunas and pool areas a medium weight of 350-400 g/m2 tends to be more practical, as it dries faster and is easier to change into. We supply both options and will advise you based on your operation.
Terry has uncut cotton loops on the surface, making it the most absorbent and the most resistant to frequent washing - which is why hotels use it. Velour has the loops sheared off, so it has a smooth, silky surface with a subtle sheen and feels more luxurious. A velour bathrobe is usually still terry on the inside to keep its absorbency. Name or logo embroidery stands out more boldly on velour.
Yes. Besides a logo we can embroider a name, monogram, initials or a date - most often on the chest, pocket or shawl collar. A personalised name is popular with wedding couples and at spas, where each guest gets their own piece. Just provide the text and the desired placement, and we will prepare the design free of charge.
Terry can be washed at 40-60 degrees, which industrial hotel laundries handle easily. We recommend not ironing directly over the embroidery and drying at a lower temperature so the loops do not stiffen. Use fabric softener sparingly - too much reduces terry absorbency. With proper care the embroidery lasts the full lifetime of the garment.
