Price, minimum quantity, print techniques, hotel textile, logo format - all in one place.
The price ranges from roughly 3 to 15 € per towel and depends on the material (cotton, bamboo fibre, microfibre), weight, print technique and quantity. For larger runs the unit price drops significantly. We prepare an exact quote within 1 hour. (The price range is an indicative estimate - an exact quote is provided based on your requirements.)
We have no minimum order quantity - we print even small runs. For higher quantities the unit price is significantly lower. Get in touch with your requirement and we will advise on the optimal quantity for your goal.
Weight is measured in grams per square metre (g/m2) and tells you how thick and absorbent the terry is. Lighter terry around 400 g/m2 dries faster and suits sport and fitness. A medium 450-500 g/m2 is the all-rounder for hands and the bathroom. Full 550-600 g/m2 is thick, soft and absorbent, ideal for wellness and premium gifts. We will advise on the weight that fits your purpose and budget.
It depends on the use. Cotton terry is gentle on the skin and highly absorbent - the classic choice for the bathroom, hotels and wellness. Microfibre is thin, light and dries quickly, takes up little space in a bag, and is therefore popular for sport, the pool and travel. Microfibre also takes an all-over sublimation photo print well. If you are unsure, ask for samples of both.
Three sizes are common: a small 30x50 cm towel for the basin and face, a classic 50x100 cm hand towel and a large 70x140 cm bath towel. We can also make other sizes and put together coordinated sets, for example for a hotel bathroom. Tell us what you need the towel for and we will recommend a size.
It depends on the technique. A jacquard border and embroidery are woven or stitched straight into the terry, so they do not fade even after hundreds of washes - the motif is part of the fabric. Surface prints (screen printing, transfer, sublimation) hold well if the towel is washed as recommended. For towels that go through frequent hot washing, we recommend jacquard or embroidery.
We recommend washing terry at 40-60 degrees and washing new towels separately at first, as they may shed fibres. Use fabric softener sparingly, as too much reduces the absorbency of the terry loop. A tumble dryer fluffs terry up and restores its softness. Care is the same for towels with jacquard or embroidery, and the motif withstands intensive washing too.
A vector format is ideal: .ai, .svg, .eps or .pdf with outlines. If you only have a raster image (PNG, JPG), get in touch - in most cases we can prepare the logo or advise you on how to obtain it. You will also find more details in our guide How to prepare a logo for printing.
